REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, refunds are limited and governed by the terms below.
1. General Refund Principles
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing.
- Refunds are evaluated case-by-case.
- Administrative or processing fees may apply.
2. Website Development
Before Work Begins
A refund may be issued if cancellation occurs before project initiation.
After Work Begins
Once work has started:
- Services that have already been initiated or delivered cannot be refunded.
- If we are unable to deliver the purchased service due to circumstances on our side, a full refund will be issued.
After Delivery
Completed and delivered projects are non-refundable.
3. Digital & Technical Services
Due to the technical and customized nature of these services:
- Refunds are not available once service execution has begun.
- Custom technical configurations are non-refundable after initiation.
4. Coaching & ICT Training
Individual Sessions
- Cancellation requires at least 24 hours notice.
- Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.
Training Programs
- Full refund may be granted before program commencement.
- Once training materials are delivered or sessions begin, refunds are not guaranteed.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact DigCurve before initiating any chargeback.
Fraudulent disputes after service delivery may result in:
- Service suspension
- Account termination
- Submission of evidence to the payment processor
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after work has commenced
- Delays caused by client inaction
- Failure to provide required materials
- Dissatisfaction outside agreed revision limits
8. Policy Updates
DigCurve reserves the right to update or amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. Any modifications will be effective once posted on this page.
Refund eligibility will be governed by the policy version in effect at the time the service agreement was initiated, unless otherwise required by law.
